FAQ's

Are you licensed, bonded, insured?

Yes we are. We have acquired all of the licenses, insurance, and bonds necessary and required to run a cleaning business. We have made sure that you, your property, and our staff are as safe and protected as possible. Proofs of insurance, licensing and bonding are available upon request.

What are your rates?

Our window cleaning services are surprisingly affordable. Since every window is different, we perform an on-site inspection prior to providing our customer with a FREE estimate.

Do I have to move my furniture or take down curtains and/or blinds?

You do not have to worry about doing anything before our arrival. With your permission, our staff will carefully move furniture that needs to be moved and put it back exactly how they found it. If you prefer furniture not be moved, we have drop cloths that can cover anything in our way making sure nothing gets wet. We will work around your curtains and blinds.

Do I have to be home while you clean my windows?

You do not have to be home the whole time or at all. Some of our repeat clients leave a key for our staff and then we lock up your home prior to leaving. Your home will be treated with the utmost respect, whether you are there or not. An invoice for services rendered will be left on the kitchen counter.
